We will dispatch your order within 3 business days of payment and provide you with a tracking number for monitoring. Custom-made jewelry is non-refundable unless there is a defect. You are entitled to warranty service within 3 months of the jewelry purchase. Shipping costs for warranty service are the responsibility of the buyer.
