What are your domestic shipping fees?
Shipping cost within Portugal is 5 euros.
International shipping cost is 10 euros.
International: orders are subject to additional customs fees upon import, all of which are the responsibility of the recipient.
How long will it take?
We will dispatch your order within 3 days of payment and provide you with a tracking number for monitoring. Add shipping time to this (1-5 business days)
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please feel free to contact alee.jewelery@gmail.com to check on the status of your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us at alee.jewelery@gmail.com as soon as possible if you wish to modify or cancel your order. We will make every effort to fulfill your request. Please be aware, however, that changes to your order may not be feasible once a shipment confirmation email with tracking details has been sent. If the package has not yet departed from our facility, we are able to update the delivery address. Regrettably, once the package is in transit, we are unable to redirect it.
My order is delayed or never showed up. What shoud I do?
Once your package has been handed over to a delivery service, TJ is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping, nor for parcels that go missing after being designated as delivered by the shipping company. If you encounter any issues with a lost or delayed package, we're here to assist you. Contact us without delay at alee.jewelery@gmail.com so we can initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Keep in mind, claim investigations can take between 7 and 10 business days to complete.
How do I make a return?
Custom-made jewelry is non-refundable unless there is a defect. You are entitled to warranty service within 3 months of the jewelry purchase. Shipping costs for warranty service are the responsibility of the buyer.
