Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Rates We ship worldwide via CTT (Correios de Portugal) with the following delivery times and rates:
- Portugal: 1-5 business days | €5
- European Union: 1-7 business days | €6
- United States: 7-14 business days | €35
- Rest of World: 7-14 business days | €10
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the CTT website (www.ctt.pt) using this tracking number.
Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Packaging Each piece of jewelry is packaged with care in premium packaging to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.
